Returns / Cancellations

Annual upgrade subscriptions may be canceled within thirty (30) days of initial purchase, or within thirty (30) days of the renewal date. Amounts paid for the “current year” by customer to DSA Publishing and Design Inc. for Upgrade subscription will be refunded to customer in full. DSA will terminate the Upgrade at time of refund.

Annual renewing Upgrade may be cancelled more than thirty (30) days after initial registration, or more than thirty (30) days after the renewal date for the subscription. DSA will not provide refunds under these circumstances.
